Wipers

Got new plastic bushings and installed them today. Put it all back together based on the Chrysler diagram and the photos above. When you turn them on they go up a bit and then stop, I can’t see them hitting anything and cannot figure out what is going on?

Anyone have any input on where I should start diagnosing this issue?

I was looking for the connector, but I found the at Classic Industries and Ebay. This is off the subject, but anyone know where to find just a single gauge lens for a rally dash. I need the one right next to the speedometer.
