I have a 66 Coronet 440 but in it's life the original engine has been swapped for a 74 - 318. It now has electronic ignition. I look at wiring diagrams for 74 and they have single ballasts so I am guessing that the system on my car is not a 74.The wiring is a mess and I am doing my best to straighten it out. The closest I can get with wiring that looks like what I have is a 75 challenger. I plan on driving the car a lot this summer and want to be prepared so I will carry a 4 post ballast and would like to carry a new module. I have seen two different modules with 5 pins and wonder if they are all alike. I have no idea what they used to put this car together. It runs fine after I rebuilt the car but like being prepared. All the sites like Autozone and Advance show 4 pin modules. So my question is are all 5 pins created equal? I found 5 pin modules at Rock Auto 72 - 74. Thanks for any input.
