WTF?????????

Yeah - HARD to believe..

Does this mean that those who own hotels & offices are now going to be liable for similar trysts that go on in their premises?

So Geico insures the car and apparently is held responsible for everything that happens in the car.... It's hard enough to accept that part, but if his insurance policy is capped at 300K how does Geico get stuck paying over 5 million?

Glad I am old... Good luck Young people, it seems as if more and more loons keep happening

I saw this on the Web today also. Words representing your 3 letters were exactly what I said.

Unless it's called out as not being covered and stating that they are no longer responsible, from this moment forward. You can bet Geico is working on rewriting loopholes as we speak. I would think this is a one time deal.

Hey it's Missouri, the judge said
"show me" she did, and the judge ruled in hre favor.

The dude's a dirtbag obviously, he contracted a STD, HPV
& that broads' (no lady) a randy/whore, for doing the dude in the car
"her culpability" especially without a rubber/condom,
she could have avoided almost all of it
it didn't say but;
I'll bet it was a 1 night or 1 backseat stand

BS litigious stuff, should have never seen the light of day
civil court maybe, not for the car's insurance company to be responsible
2nd party liability BS
(she org. wanted $5.2 mill, delt down to a $1 mill offer, fucken gold digger)
unless it was in a rape/incest case or paternity case
or something along those lines,
still shouldn't have been the Ins. Co's problems,
unless maybe his dick & all it's contents were insured by GEICO
(& I hate; Government Employees Insurance Co.)

frivolous lawsuits, we need 'tort' (justice department) court reform

deep pockets BS, go after whoever has the $$$

I want to know how it ever got that far, admissible into the court system ?

now there's a legal precedent it will happen even more,
unless that **** is nipped in the bud, now
