I agree with Kern Dog about the weight comments.  Have a 69 Belvedere with light centerlines, lighter MT tires, aluminum top and front end on the motor and a Fiberglass hood and it weighs 3565 with a full tank of gas.  Short of Fiberglass fenders, bumpers, trunk lid, and rear seat delete I don’t know how you’d get it to 3300 pounds
As for the cam, might I suggest trying a Hughes.  I have this grind

I think I’m just about to pull the trigger on a Holley Sniper next with the correct fuel tank with in-tank pump etc….
The picture is the cars weight in kilograms.  Multiple by 2.2 to get pounds
