YearOne sells these seat relocation brackets to allow another 2 inches of backwards travel for seats. The bucket seats are already adjustable, but I have no idea if these would be helpful or not, since my seats aren’t in yet. Is there not much legroom with the seats fully back on the tracks? Thoughts?

I am 6’ 5”. E-bodies are not a problem in that they have the really long tunnel for your legs. B-bodies, you are sitting more upright, can be tighter.

What I always do on B-Bodies (bucket or bench) is I use the black plastic spacers on the front screws that go in to the floor, and not on the back. This tilts the seat back a bit more, provides a ton more room.

I'm 5'11", always had plenty of room in my Challenger which is essentially the same front cabin as your 71 B.

Need more leg room have your ankles attached to you knees. Problem solved.
