you get all kinds when you sell something DAMHIK
that's probably why I only sell stuff
when I'm in the mindset to deal with the bullshit
which lately isn't very often.
I have a bunch of crap to unload from parts to beaters and
I'm in no hurry , I wonder why
what is even worse is
I have found buying stuff almost as hard at times..

exactly

people want the price of gold for their rusty worn out ****
but want to lowball me for my good used parts
or even new parts, I didn't used etc.

I rarely sell anything, even on here
way too many tire kickers or price-point shoppers
that want if near free,
almost want you to do the work too

I have a few parts, someone could use
mostly take offs, from my current car or other projects
(I don't hang onto many parts when I sell stuff, it goes with it)
I'd like to clear out some shelf space (like anyone would)
& I won't use them again, not my build style etc.

even a few months back,
I just had dealt with this type of stuff
I freaken' knew better,
they/the person would drag it out for months
you educate them, go back & forth
& tell you they want it, why they want it etc.
so you're kind & walk them thru all of it, multiple times
(they need a bit of time to get the funds etc.,
but they say they will buy them, when )
you go thru the trouble to pack, properly & get shipping costs for them
because they said they wanted the parts already,
will pay your prices etc.
then they bail, or they try to lowball you all of a sudden
(so their didn't have the funds is probable BS,
they never intended on paying that price they agreed to )
they can get it cheaper or some other lame reason
usually multiple reasons (most BS too)
or IMO just being cheap
trying to save a few bucks more
& didn't get it for near free (or me losing my ***)
like they thought

sorry they can sit for decades for all I care now

that's why I rarely ever sell anything

when I do it's unloading the stuff

It's hardly worth the troubles anymore

don't get my next statement wrong it's not to offend anyone here
BUT;
Our MoPar community seems to be rampant with these types too
sorry it's a fact/truth, been like that for decades now

some of the stuff I have, I'd give the nice (right) guys
if it struck my fancy & they were good people, needed them
just pay for packing & shipping costs etc.

that's even a rarity nowadays
I lost my care for even that,
been taken advantage of too much, by kindness
I'm not stupid, I learned my lessons

not even worth my time

so good parts, someone could use, just sit
oh well

maybe someday I'll drag them to a swap meet
& just unload them, 1st come 1st serve
if someone shows true interest & needs the help,
some youngster that doesn't have the $$$ etc.
