65 belvedere aluminum parts needed

does anyone know where i can get my hands on some aluminum body pannels such as fenders and hood for a 1965 plymouth belvedere II

they didnt do al.uminum fenders in 65, they stopped in 64.
only light weight steel fenders, and hood

In 1965 NHRA outlawed aluminum body parts in Super Stock so all the A990 cars came with light weight steel fenders and hoods.

Check out Sled City Fiberglass just south of Columbus. We're using his hood, scoop and front and rear bumpers. He specialized in early B body fiberglass parts.

He also does fenders.

they are out of business, they sold off all their molds and tooling.

Sled city is the only place for the parts now!Too bad Fiberglass parts closed,Some guy was trying to sell the F.P.molds that he had bought from them.It was a long time back that they were advertised though

I think it was about a year ago. They had great stuff.There shipping prices got a little crazy otherwise top notch stuff.
Fiberglass + was the best for early B Bodies!

Unfortunately Sled City knows this and is capitalizing on it.
I wish there was a another game in town. there is glasstek, vfn, aar fiberglass but dont think they have as much as sled city.
Sled City doesnt do any Custom Work.

65'S had aluminum door hinges. if you want correct alum inum parts.

my front fiberglass bumper is from ws racing. it was pretty rough. needed alot of work before painting. heres the final product.

Really,I seen a pair of their 65 Belvedere fenders,they were nicer then what I got from Fiberglass +.Typical fiberglass companies I guess,real inconsistant quality.

I have a hood scoop from Sled City on my '65 Coronet. Purchased it about 4-5 years ago. Absolutely great quality. Required only regular paint prep work. Fit the hood curvature like a glove.
I also have WS parts on a Dart. Not even in the same ballpark as Sled City.
