this is non mopar but it is old car and that is better than no car.
just got my dyno results for a motor built for me at westech performance group. it is a big block 572 dart build for my chevelle. pump gas build.

600 fpt @ 3200
720 fpt @ 5100

812 hp @ 6500
this build is going into engine builders mag. flying out at the end of the month for the dyno run for the mag and pay the bill.

don't worry i am still doing my 318 to hemi in my 69 coronet but the price of poker just went up in my house. the 572 is for the better half.

Horsepower is Horsepower! Period.

Looks like the future Hemi had better be a true "elephant" to keep pace with the 572. Like...go 588". Just a little more.

Congrats on your build neighbor :)
Your going to need those extra HP to catch me with that heavy chevy ; joke

well the results are in; 822.7 hp at 6400 rpm
737.8 ft. lb. at 5200 rpm

if it wasn't for the dyno numbers the trip sucked weather wise. but, had a blast with some good old friends. :eek:ccasion14:
