will 71-2 rear valance fit on 74 Charger?

I know that Nachos interchange says it will but has anybody actually done it? I'm thinking of putting the 72 on it because it has a smaller hole to fill to get rid of the guard holes and I was wondering if the tip cutouts were in the same place.

I am pretty sure the only difference is the cutouts for the big later bumper guards. The center to center measure on a 71-72 tips is 30.5 inches. Some one with a 73-74 check your measure for us!

I was also wondering if the ends match up exactly with the 74 1/4. I've got a 72 valance but the ends have been worked and beat, so i'm trying to be sure before I order a new one. As I get older, I try to measure twice and cut once, a lot harder than when I was younger. Thanks for any help.

Everything matches up except the 2 inner pan brackets. I have a '72 cutout pan on my '73 and from what I remember, the pan brackets have to be bent to match up with the body mounts.
