i have a 400 block running mopar camshaft and tappet package p4120661
also running mopar adjustable rockers .
my question is what push rod lenght do i use

Call up Indy Cylinder Head. They can send you an adjustible pushrod with intructions, follow them and send it back. they will build you a set - this is the BEST way to do it.

Yup. Lots of variables to deal with including head gasket thickness, heads ever been milled, block decked, are the lifters built the same.....
 
Whatever length that gives you about one thread showing on the push rod side of the adjuster screw. Smith Bros push rods in OR are also a good option for anything custom made.
 
I bought an adjustable pushrod from Mancini when I put my Indy head eng together. I used it to measure the lenth and had Manton make my pushrods. Got them with in 3 days. Ron
