I bought this car back in January 2010. I drove it over two hours home after I bought it. It's a 318 car with 904 trans. My dad still has his '69 Road Runner that he bought in 1969. He is the reason for my love and passion for the '69 B-Body. I don't think he's ever gonna realize how crazy I am about his car and since he's remarried and has a teenage son I doubt I will ever own it. I decided to build my own 
Finally started the process of cloning this to a 440 Road Runner This month. First bought a 440 that came out of '77 New Yorker from someone who had gone through the engine and put it a dart. I had him pulled the heads anyway because I want the performance level of and orginal '69 440HP. Here are some pics of the car from last summer. It's getting trunk pan l & r quarters and floors put in next week. I also picked up an 8 3/4 rear that came out of '68 cornet today. I will post pics as I take 'em.
I'm a complete newbie and know nothing of restoring a car so any advice and ideas are welcome. I've been doing a lot of reading and research but I am still at mercy of whoever does the work since I don't really know much.
