Now that is a sweet looking engine, what is it going into?
Gezz Rick I bet you want that kit in your hot little hands don't ya LOL
AL

Johan, I would say your engine will purr like a kitten at idle and roar like a lion at full throttle, more on the build?
Hey Al, I had to put on my bib to catch the drool.

Sweet.. Love to hear that, Nice EFI setup!

What do you have there?

Beautiful setup Johan, what throttle bodies and intake do you have there?
Is it a complete kit with electronics and hardware?
I'm not starting my EFI project until next winter...that's going to be fun...!

Martin. Where in norrland.

Very nice Swede! Is it batch-fire, or MPSFI? If it is MPSFI, how did you do the camshaft position sensor? I would like to something similar, but omit the dizzy, and use a LS setup. Thanks for the tip about EFI Technology, I hadn't heard of them, but I like what I just read on their site. Good-luck, and a smooth start-up to you!

Hi
Dont know what mpsfi is. I will use the dist for igniton and 8injector drivers. A smal hallsensor on the backside of the dist but dont think i will use it. I can tune each cylinder with fuel but not ignition.. The mecanical fuelpump will fill a smal can with a highpressurpump. All EFI parts can be removed and a carb and dist can go back in.:hello2:

Hi.
My way to reduce the oilflow to the heads. Dont know how small holes i can get away with. These ar 2.5mm or 0.098".

Hi Johan, I think "mpsfi" means multi-point sequential fuel injection. You already have the multi-point, I guess for sequential injection you may need a crank/distributor trigger, but not sure how your system works.
I'm myself planning to use MegaSquirt with full fuel/ignition control.
Keep up the good work!

Johan,
Andy Finkbeiner writes in his book "How to build max-performance Mopar big-blocks" on page 35 that a 0.060 inch diam restrictor is a god starting point when using full time oiling. If you don't have full time oiling you probably may need the bigger holes...I'm guessing...
Martin

I found that in his book. Thanks anyway. In my way you only have to remove the rockershafts to change the restrictor. Also done the block of from the camshaft and the oil comes directly from the big liftersupply. Hope it will work.

Good stuff Johan. Keep us updated on your progress. Myself I'm just doing boring body metal work, all rust and other damages fixed, whole body stripped of paint, now "just" the preparation ongoing for new paint...and then the complete restoration of the interior...next winter I will ONLY do engine work...looking forward to that!
Martin

Hi Martin.
Any pictures. I think there is some of that stuff on my car to. Sad that there is a long way to nordmaling if i would like to see the project in real life.
Keep it up. After rust there will be sunshine.

Photos...

Hi Johan, I will have my car (Charger 67) ready for the road this summer...I'm almost certain...:eusa_dance:
I'm uploading a few photos, showing the original 383 4-bbl, now lightly tuned. Two pics showing my garage, and the final picture showing next winters project...a stroker with full computer control of injection/ignition/boost/fuel/launch...
Cheers,
Martin
