Door Handles

I have a 68 GTX RS23L8. The car is at the bodyshop getting ready for paint and I am polishing up the door handles(outside) to go back on. One handle has a black button and one has a chrome one. Which is correct?

Thanks Dave, what I needed to know. I know the driver door is not from this car and that is the one with the chrome button

Not a problem. I had to fanagle my original black buttons in my new door handles too.

A friend of mine that has a 68 RR and had 2 parts cars. He has a lot of parts in his shop. He thinks he has atleast 2 sets of door handles. Hopefully he has some with black buttons.
