So I was driving home from a business trip today and I spotted what I thought was a Polara in a small used car lot, so I obviously turned around and took a look. Glad I did, this guy has a whole bunch of Mopars, some in decent condition, some rusting away. Good news is, they are all for sale. Here are some of the cars he has: a 66 Polara 383, a 70 Fury, a 70 Chrysler 300, a 63 Belvedere wagon, a Lil Red Express, a Macho Power Wagon, and a 62 New Yorker with a 413 wedge, these are all complete and #s matching. Theres a bunch more land yachts and trucks. Guy was really cool. Only cars i know prices are $6500 for the Polara and $12k for the lil red express. Hes located in West Alexander, PA which is about an hour outside of Pittsburgh. Here are a few pics:

Well sir ill tell you, about 1.30 ill be heading in the opposite direction, im having eye problems and have a appointment at the eye fixer up-er, And i have to pick up a couple front tires i have on reserve.. It would be great if ya would take your camera and get some more photos..

I might add he had a couple sweet dogs too. I wasn't dressed to get dirty unfortunately, or else I wouldve crawled all over the bird crap and got some better pics, especially of that belvy wagon! snap away tpod!

Martins auto

ok guys. i just got back from looking at the cars. Dgraver is right when he said theyre rough, but there were a few that i got pix of, that he didnt that are definite contenders for resto if youre into the LAND YACHTS .. the 1970 FURY 3 is solid, runs and just needs detailed and some love. it has a 383 with a power bulge hood, 4 door. the other red one thats outside ( newport or a new yorker...2 DOOR ). is also solid and no rot at all. heres some pix

its a shame that these cars sit outside but he really has no other place to put them and he would like to see someone grab em up and save them. the prices are not too bad . the fury 3 he wanted 4500.00 and the newport the same. he does not advertise these so i told him id put them on the net to try to help

*** MODS, COULD YOU POST THIS OVER AT THE C BODIES ??***

Wow there is some pretty cool stuff there. The 4 doors are startin to come out.:headbang:

yeah. it was pretty impressive to see these cars....and heart breaking to see them rotting away. some were in decent shape while others werent. theres a '62 new yorker there with a 413.. he said it ran when he parked it in the early 90's.

Thanks for the extras TPO! I thought maybe there would be some b bodies there, like them all, but the b body's are first in line. thanks again dgraver, any of these oldies out in a junk yard, back behind barn yard is neat to see...

I'm pretty familiar with this area. What road is this place on?

Dgraver is close...its on route 40 in WEST ALEXANDER...not alexandria

get off of i-70 onto route 40 .youll pass the cycle shop, i think its called EXTREME SPORTS ... ( big yellow metal building ). its about a mile or 2 on the right called MARTINS AUTO. if you go there talk to J.d. the owner . tell him the guys in the orange and purple road runners sent you there.

Reminds me of a larger version of Mopar Jim in Florence Oregon. He had a good stash. The 70 U code challenger R/T he had was spoken for. I tried to buy it but some guy gave him a deposit. Its "only" a 10 hour drive from where i am.
