Help- 79 300 Finish Plate Removal

Can someone tell me how to remove the "Finish Plate" (the fancy aluminum cover)in order to access my digital clock. I don't want to damage anything, but I can't see how to take it off.

There are 2 ways you can remove it.

1. Remove your plastic glove box and you might be able to remove it.

2. Remove the dash pad there are not that many screws to take it off, there are a there is 1 screw on each side, 3 small ones that hold the metal cover (top), 3 screws above the glove box and ash tray.also unplug your 2 speakers.

The clock is held in with 2 plastic clips just squeeze them to the inside to release the clock.
