70 superbee 440 pistol grip 4 speed.
The owner just got the engine rebuilt and was out breaking it in and decided to stop by because he heard there was a coronet in my garage.

Gentlemen, please.....

I think the 70 looks great as a Bee, especially with the rear wheel wells filled up. Maybe not so much as a 4D with skinny tires. I've had a Bee and a 440 model. You can park that orange one in my yard any time. Just leave the Keys!

Careful what you say about 66-67. Them's might be a fightin' words.

Look closely at the intricate subtlties of the compound curves and knife edge bends on the panels (especially quarters), and you will find a respect for the guy who did the mold tooling.

Both styling groups are exercises in putting lots of "round" on the same "square" platform.

i would like to see the one in the garage too. don't hold back, we all want to see it.

What were they thinking when they came up with that front end??

If you look at the Bee emblem, it does look like the "sunglasses".

Effect is great on a yellow car with a black tail stripe.

A Mopar is worth showing off when ever they can be.
You ever see a Nova with green paint, plain black rims, no options and a bench on the column? That is disgusting!
You see a Mopar like that and all you want is the phone number of the owner to see if its for sale!!!

Amen!

70 Coronet Coupes and Bees etc look great, especially with the stripe and rims and tires on them.

A 4 dr 70 stock Coronet (like police cars or a taxi) just doesnt look right though, something about the 4 dr roof line that just doesnt work, just my opinion.

I do like how they kept the quarter panel the same and molded the lines through the rear door

Not to mention..... there's something off putting about anything with too many door handles.

I like them all, that is a sweet ride.

You think that is ugly you should look at a '70 Chevelle! The '70 Coronets may have been on the edge styling wise,it's agressive and menacing in hot rod form for sure. It sure beats a lame, bland ,boring styled Chevy. Most like to blend in,thats why those chev-ro-lames are so popular and why we are here!

While I have no love for the front end, respect for the machine is given gladly! Great color and nicely equipped.
