I may come out to look for a few final parts for my car. It won't be assembled by then so can't bring it. Wish it was but I guess a few more weeks is what I need.

I'll be there. Spectating as usual. Some day i'll drive one of my heaps there. Looking for 70 coronet parts/ and 72 charger rallye parts. An probably some other stuff I could live without. The event starts the 14th. at 7 a.m.http://www.chicagolandmopar.com/forum/

I'm thinking of giving the roadrunner a run Sat for a few hours to look around but no car show only the swap meet

Just got home from the show. I took my daughter and hung out till about 3:30. They were having a charger tribute. Not too many showed up today. Much to my surprise, there were 3 charger (3rd gen) hoods and one was a bulge hood in great shape. ALL SOLD before we even got there at 11:30.... I was so wanting the bulge hood was bronze and had 340 emblems on it. Since mine is so ruff I figured I would get a spare in case I can't repair mine. Oh well. Maybe i'll luck out at the nationals. No too many set up for the swap meet. Probably because of the weather(scattered showers). The Mr. Norms display was pretty cool. I have a few pictures taken with my Droid.

Here's some more pic's of day two at belvidere.

Went with the full intention to buy a k member for the the rallye. Instead put a deposit on another bulge hood. This one has no damage to it. And is supposedly in the original paint (Bronze). Which is could be. Has the 340 badges. So wasn't a total loss of a day. Much hotter today. Actually ran into a gentleman that had a 72 rallye in the show. It was painted plum crazy(not original option). Said it was top banana originally. Educated me on parts interchangeability for the rallyes. All in all a good day. Enjoy my phone pics:

Just found this thread, and yeah, I was there, Mar. You can see the pic of my car in the post showing the coyote under the tire. Was glad to get a 3rd place finish with my car in the fairly crowded 1968-70 Plymouth B Body Stock class.
