X2 on spraying it flat,less chance for the metalics to sag.They also list a hardware kit in the Classic Industries book to mount it.Remember its not just the nuts,there is also some concave type washers and most likely some sort of rubber washer on the exterior side.Be very gentle with those studs as they will break if you just look at them wrong.

thanks for all the suggestions on media, guys. i blasted one bezel already, and got part of the other one done. (buddies' wife said play time was over :angryfiregoing to have to go there sometime this week and finish it. he had a black oxide media that worked, but it was a PITA as it didnt take the chrome off very easily. i stuck with it, and i think they turned out pretty well, me thinks. (ill post pics in a little while once i can get out to the garage)
so i got a quote on chroming the tail light bezels....
anybody want to take a guess how much???
