Hi

on my 63' Polara 500, the hood to cowl seal and the hood to radiator support seal are missing. Which one i have to find. I don't know, what they look like, because they are missing. On my 69' Charger, the hood to radiator support seal is fixed on the radiator support, but the Polaras one doesn't have holes to fix it. Can you help. Thanks.

Call Joe Suchy he has them both in stock.

Thanks Rick. Maybe someone can post pics of the seals, where they have to be and how they are fixed. I think the holes for the cowl seal are there, but the others:thinker: Thanks.

Here is a pic.
Call Joe, he'll fix ya up.
This is a 65. Think the core support seal is the same as 63.

Ah ok, i see. So i have to drill new holes. The car was restored and the holes are missing. I have send an email to Joe. On this 2 holes, 2 brackets were attached to fix a fan shroud.

Nice job V8 .if i could make a suggestion,i notice your battery shut off is on the positive side,i beleive it should be on the negitive side,This is only my understanding,
Paul

Hi mirkinger. I know that, but i don't have enough place to put it on the negative side. The battery is too large.

First off you need to get rid of that Chinese cut off switch. They are JUNK And you need to get a good one on the negative side. They are anodized crap metal that do not carry enough current when hooked up. When you start to have electrical problems you'll know why. Run a test to see how much current you get to the starter without it and then run one with it hooked up. Yes you need to drill many holes I think they will have about 8 or more clips attached to the rubber. And don't forget the windshield washer bottle and pump.

The windshield washer bag and nuzzels are on the way but i don't know where to mount it and how i have to do the wiring. Everything is missing. Just the pedal inside is there.

Master cut-off switch - per 2013 NHRA Rule Book

I know this subject has opinions on both sides but here is the section of the 2013 NHRA Rulebook under General Regulations:
