After more than a year, I FINALLY own my 1970 Plymouth Road Runner!!! :hello2:
It's a long story, but my car didn't have a title, as it was last titled in California in the mid 90's. I wanted to be sure that I legally and properly owned the car before I dumped a bunch of money and time into it.
Now it is time to start working on the barn find! But first, I washed, compounded and waxed the car so I could (hopefully) get Classic/Antique plates on it before I started to mess with it. I live in PA and I have heard they are getting strict with issuing the plates. See pictures below.
Do you think PA will issue the plates based on these pictures?
