Hi,

the previous owner of my 65 Coronet deleted the heater box, it`s quite a mess under the dash :fucyc:

I want to rebuild everything and make it work again.
Does anyone have some hi resolution pics how everything is supposed to be connected?
Any technical sources apart from the manual would be welcome too.

Thanks in advance,

Dan

Here is my "mess", might take a week to fix everything:

Look in the factory maintenance manual. There is a lot of infor on the heater, vents, and AC. This is the best picture of my 65 coronet 440. I have allready disconnect the vacum hoses.IMG_3983.jpg

The missing piece is an actuator like the one pictured on the left side of the heater! The hose in that pic. goes to the vacuum hose from the intake! Should have a nylon tee above the heater, It's really difficult to reach with heater installed!

Have a bunch of actuators if you need any.

@65AFX: thanks for taking & uploading that pic!!!! :icon_thumright:

@moparsteve: also thanks coz I didnt know there has to be a vacuum line running straight from the intake to the actuator.

By the way, I have a service manual but it is not detailed enough to fix my heating system :sad6:
If there is a vacuum diagram somewhere out on the net plz gimme a shout!

Thx and greetings from Germany,

Dan
