Thanks guys, he laughed yesterday/last night when I told him about all the well wishes, he said "they don't know me, do they ??" I told him they kind of do now, he's very thankful...

Pops is going thru a few more tests, they want to pin down any issues, for the most part, I'm guessing he's doing 75% better at-least, he's breathing much better... But they still want to do some more heart tests, they are keeping him until Wed. min. now... I was only able to talk to him on the phone today/this morning, before the heart stress tests, they were going to do {there's a tech. name for it I don't know}, he will also be going thru a bunch of testing today as a precautionary measure, at the request of his personal Dr.... I will hopefully know more tonight "maybe"... I think all the test results, will ultimately take some time too, thou... They said he will be sleeping probably the whole afternoon, so I will just let him sleep... I'm on a call alert for any updates...

Budnicks, if your dad can pass the sponge bath test, his heart is ok. LOL!!!!!!!!!1
Hang in there, be optimistic, at least your dad is safe and OK and being taken care of and hopefully they will get to the bottom of it and he'll be better in the long run. It's hard seeing our parents get old and more vulnerable.

Glad he got a good laugh. That sometimes is better medicine than what a doctor can prescribe. Carefull what you wish for BUD, you might get a nurse that looks like LULU from HEE HAW. That might just put you in the hospital bed next to your DAD.

no please no... not LU LU {my next door neighbors dog black lab female is Lu Lu, shes cute as a bug}... Pop's he said, "they did give him a sponge bath after he got out of the heart stress testing, but he was so damn tired he was just limp like a jelly fish"... always the hound... I might be able to pick him up today, they still haven't said yet, "if they will release him today or not"... I hope so, my fingers are crossed, it would be nice to have him home & pestering the crap out of me again...
Pops just got released, from the hospital, yea freaken' ha, dodged that bullet... I'm going to pick him up right now....
