Don't blame it on the carrier, blame it on the packaging .That would all have went in a piece of PVC !!
Why should I have to pay to ship a 2X4 or PVC tube to get undamaged trim? Packaged in a cardboard box with 3 inch letters "Do Not Bend" should be sufficient. FedEx was able to do it in a cardboard box and not bend them.
It can be fixed!!
5.7 hemi is right. Overall the pieces look fairly straight, so only 2 bent areas, with 'soft' bends. The trim used?
If there's no sign of cracks, you should be able to slowly, gently 'un-bend' 'em. Just have to be easy on straightening them out.
Crummy deal something like that happens, with pieces hard enough to find.
Didn't buy used trim to have to fix it.
Easy enough to polish stainless. Bends are opposite of each other.
Looks worse in person.
PVC is cheap insurance when shipping trim!! Why ship it by USPS any way? They are ok for smaller packages! If it doesn't fit don't ship! in flat rate any way.
