factory bumper jack instructions

Where's the recommended placement of the factory bumper jack on a '67 4door 318 std bore column shift auto with factory tinted glass and a/c?

My original one was on the right side upper Trunk lid. I don't think there was a standard placement I've seen in various locations. now that were on the subject I never had a tire pressure decal on the car since I've owned it do you have one in the original location?

Yes on the drivers door there is a paper sticker with that on it I believe it was put there by the dealership along with a plastic holder for the manilla 'next oil change ' insert. There is a metal tag with the tire pressure recommendations riveted to my glove box door on the flat left of the dimples for the cup holder

Yes on the door itself half way between the closure and the bottom of the door
