ok, I used to know the answer to this question, but I have forgotten. What doors are interchangeable on a 1969 Dodge Coronet (Super Bee) two door hardtop? What years and what models? I want to make sure the lock mechanism sits in the same exact same spot, as well as the outside handle..Thanks for any advice.

lock and door handle is in the same position? I thought some of these doors fit, but had the lock and door handle sitting further back.

68 has the knob further back

here's my 68 GTX for reference...

so the 69 and 70 doors are exactly the same. 68 has the lock and handle in the different position?

ok, just checked my 68 road runner and the middle of the key hole is about 3 3/4 inches from back of the door. Went and checked my 69 Super Bee doors, and they are the same. went around the corner to a 70 road runner, and measured those. they were alsdo the same. I guess I am confused. To me, it appears they are all the same.

its not the key hole on the outside that is differant,
lock and handle location is all the same.
it is where the up/down pull rod on the inside is located..

69 and 70 everything is in the same location, 68 has the inside door lock button further back and that's the only difference in a 68
