I can't find anything on them either. Did Don Garlits recover from the stroke he had last winter?

Yea, I went down that road too but can't find more info about them.

From their Facebook: Bruce Toth,

"I did the port work on the head Roland is displaying, these are a great made in America head with a lot of potential with the various stages of porting available through the CPPA parts store. Contact them now and get yours on order today."

"What do you want to know email me at Tothperformance@zoominternet.net."

I would like to know if these are for a pair of each?

The spec sheet sounds a bit like one from Edelbrock

Is it just me or are most of the budget heads pretty much the same? Edelbrock, ProMaxx, Sidewinder, Don Garlits.. Stealth heads are slightly different but not much. What I don't get is that all of them use a very old chamber design when there are much more efficient designs out there.

I find it odd that there's no mention of them on the Chrysler Power magazine website, just their facebook page. And even then, there's no link to any site for those heads other than facebook.

And Garlits isn't mentioned anywhere at all.

On the other hand, there's lots of stuff for CPPA. None of it related to Mopars. :) http://acronyms.thefreedictionary.com/CPPA

Explains CPPA at least. I never even knew any of this was going on. Guess raising a family gets in the way of a lot of stuff you love :) In a good way of course :)

Guys I am considering these heads against Eddie RPM's.

I got these emails from Mr. Toth..

The heads are comparable to the Edelbrock RPM heads they floe 258.2 cfm out of the box. They come with 2.14 intake and 1.81 exhaust stainless valves. We can send them less valves and retainers if you are going to get those from Hughes. The heads are cast for us by a foundry in California I do any port work that the customer requests.

Thanks, Bruce

And then I asked about the price:

Yes $1195.00 is for two heads, $1395.00 for solid flat tappet cam set up. I would have to check on the price of the roller springs.

He mentions roller springs since I told him I am looking at the Hughes Whiplash cam but their roller version of it.

im giving up my non used 440source heads for these !! anyone want them?
