75-77 Cordoba Custom Door Sills

I can't find any NOS or very good door sills to replace on my 77 Cordoba. They are a bit aged and have some corrosion holes around the edges. I am looking for ideas on custom making a set. Thanks for any input.

Yes, for quit some time now. I'm thinking of getting one bent up for me and powder coating it.
