All that money and not one (Vintage Mopar)sitting in that garage!

With only a Vette & a Jeep, obviously he's a piker. But here's where he really screwed up...............

First, he should have 10' wide doors spaced about 4' apart. This will give enough room to open doors fully and still be able to comfortably walk around them.

Second, he should have had at least a 12'-0" ceiling in there to be able to have a lift or two.

Third, brass door hardware is outdated. Brushed nickel is the finish for today.

Fourth, he should have had a couple dormer windows overlooking the driveway so he can see who's pulling up.

Other than that, it looks ok.

Yeah, He's just a garage guy wanabee. And it looks like he's pretty proud of it too. LOL

Cool mancave, thanks for sharing snakeyes
I'd do some things different,
I'd also have a 4 post lift & a 2 post lift, possibly even a pit, if your dreaming dream big...LOL
don't really need the floor heater either, I'd replace it with A/C for hot 100* weather here
I'd also have gone higher with the ceilings for sure, 10' min.-12' even better
probably 2- 12'w x 10't commercial roll-up doors, instead of the 3 little household type roll-ups
probably better lighting too
Stereo, TV &/or Computer is a must now too
nice bathroom & a nice shower would be a must
assembly room, fab tools, welders, grinders, compressor, press, mill, big beer fridge etc.
that'd be describing my mancave if I had the extra budget

I like the little appt./living space above the garage too...

or a funnel in the corner with a hose going outside...LOL

I like your idea better. It's a bummer when you throw open a window, start peeing and suddenly getting splashed back because you forgot that there's a screen or storm window in place.

Now that's really a clean garage, sorry I dint have a shitty comment to make about it. That has to be the cleanest garage I have ever seen. Mine has a fricking mud covered trencher in it, a trailer being rebuilt, a GMC 7500 bucket truck with the boom off it and 4 dirty mechanism. Lol. I am not even posting pictures after looking at yours. Nice job.

IMG_0232.jpgthe best tip i can add is, if you figure you can get along with whatever size will suit your needs, double it. it won't be to long before you wish you did, trust me on this. 50x30 16 to the ceiling lasted about 4yrs, then full, lol
-
then i doubled down
-
the bottom pic is the first shop and the top pic is the double down, i goofed up

Holy Crap man, I'm working out of a 60 plus year old 2 1/2 car garage. Anything looks better than what I have. Pretty damn nice, I'd say.

I got a crisp hundy that says that pickup will never pull a trailer what a lamer but I do like that coating on the floor think something similar will be in the works this summer for mine !!:headbang:
