I'd say because they wouldn't come close to mosher.....he is so much better & respected.
How would you like velocity to do a show with mosher's!!

It's no surprise we have sponsors. Tony's Parts is a big one, and AMD is another big one. You will see AMD in the first episode, and in the second episode. Personally, I found it really cool to see how they rebuilt the Phantom Cuda and I'm quite surprised people don't see that as car-work but as some commercial. Whether it plugs AMD or not, it's still showing a car get a new lease on life - how is that a bad thing? How does that make you want to mute or turn the channel?

But to be fair, GYC has gone wayyyy overboard when it comes to featuring sponsor's stuff. They got the lift, we got a show that was all about the company who made it, how it was installed, etc. They got the sand blaster, same deal. Every time there was new equipment added to the shop, we got another show that detailed everything about it. And I won't even go into all the in-your-face energy drink bits they had. I think we all get that shops like this are trading promotional consideration for equipment, but damn... your show shouldn't look like an infomercial for the vendor.

I tell you what, if "Chipz" is in reality Daren from the show, he has a supporter here. I am not sure how you lasted as long as you did given the toxic work environment portrayed. I for one would really like the back story on what occurred with you and Josh. Welcome to the board.

Bulletin - Bulletin - Bulletin, this just in from Joe Fridays undercover agent Dick Tracy that other perpetrators/trolls may include Gibson, Badalson, Mosher, and Govier - he's got a handle on it(no pun intended)!!!

Wow, this thread has grown since I looked at it a couple of days ago. Sometimes I'm amazed by how many mopar people don't support a mopar only tv show. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion of course, I just don't understand why they have to keep posting their negative opinion over and over. Personally I've always enjoyed GYC, although I wasn't fond of some of the drama injected into the show. Based on the last episode I think I'm going to like the changes a lot. Keep up the good work Mark W. and crew!
