Hey Guys
The hood that came with my 72 Charger had a pro stock hood scoop on it. I have picked up another flat hood but would eventually like something different. I picked up a 73 Roadrunner hood for $75 which I thought was a good deal. I know I could attempt to graft the hood scoop onto my charger hood but am not sure how to deal with the ridge that runs down the center of the Charger hood. My other option was to try to get a 71 or 72 header panel from a Roadrunner and try to install on the Charger. I'm not sure exactly how to do it. You can see by the pictures that I am a long way off from putting a hood on as it has taken over 3 years to get to this point. But I am hoping to paint the engine bay soon if I can get a warm enough day and was wondering if any modifications would have to be done to the radiator support if later I attempt to try the header panel. They say if there's a will there's a way and I am willing.
Thanks for your replies.
