July 9-10 This year, Carlisle Chryslers is NOT on the same weekend this year.
Hemi Shootout on Saturday, Sunday is the Nostalgia Nationals. Mark your calendar.

One of the greatest Nostalgia Races you'll go to. Sorry we're going to miss it this year. We're going to take the year off and get the car straightened out.

Will do brother. We'll miss you guys, God willing we'll make it next year. I would like to get Dad there again while he can still do it.
I got to get this car straightened out. I have a lot of little issues I've been wanting to do for years. Every time I think I'm going to be able to do over the winter.... we end up having to pull the freaking motor to rebuilt it. So I have the motor apart in the garage because of bearing issues, but I think I'm going to take my time and fix the other issues before I get the car back out.

I ran in B/mp .
Went five rounds. Car was consistent.
I was cutting good lights all day until the finals. .113 light!!
Got runner up.
A .099 light would have given me the win.
Ill be back up there next year to try it again.

65 cars lined up for 1st round NSS
I won on Sunday...with a .010 light

Car looks great Ange! The only way it could look better is if it has big valve covers with spark plug holes in them. LOL

I'm glad they had a great turn out! 65 N/SS car's wow.

God willing next year we'll be there. Motor is still on the stand going slow but we're getting there.
