I'm wondering if someone can help me troubleshoot a radio issue I'm having. I recently had the dash and engine wiring redone on my '68 GTX and now the rear speaker isn't working. The radio is working properly and sounds good out of the front speaker. I have the rear speaker fader and was told it might be that switch. The switch seems to work, though. When the radio is on, turning the fader switch toward the rear speaker will make the sound fade from the front until you can barely hear it at all. I checked the rear speaker and it has the right resistance and responded to a test with a 9v battery so I think the speaker should work properly. I checked the fader switch-speaker wire connection behind the kick panel and it's hooked up (I actually can't separate that connection). It seems like the signal isn't getting to the rear speaker. Is there a way to test that? Any other thoughts on what the problem might be? Thanks in advance.
