4.56 / torqueflite / 2200 converter / about 2500 lbs / 26" engine set back / 426 Max wedge / crane roller cam / vertex magneto / Hilborns on 70% Nitromethane, 30% Alcohol. Ran high 9's @ low 140's.

Great post, really cool car. I guess the small steering wheel didn’t really matter when both front wheels were in the air. Lol. Thanks!

Yikes - I love cars that can do wheel stands. Sweet ride my man....

Here is a picture of an A/FX car at Mecum Kissimmee 2017. I have always enjoyed watching the Mecum auctions on TV, and schedule them to record automatically on my DVR. Other than Crusin the Coast every year, this is a rare vacation for my wife and I, and we are here for the "show". 3,000 cars, some we have only read about. I highly recommend going!

Lucky guy..you buying the car?
No way. It got to $400k and still didn't sell, but that injected Hemi sure sounded sweet! The car that was displayed next to it, and was also a draw for my wife and I to come see was 1 of 16 "Swiss Cheese" 421 SD lightweight '63 Pontiac Catalinas. It sold for around $430k, and it sounded healthy as well.

Yea I only want 32,000 for mine Oh well, lifes like a big **** sandwitch the more bread you got the less **** you have to eat.....

I love the pics of your old race cars Mike as you had some great ones. Thanks for posting them. Ron
