1970 road runner tail light covers

Can someone let me know if the louvered covers fit my Satellite or do I need to get the entire housing from a GTX or Road Runner. Thanks.

I think all you need is the outer "louvered covers" from Roadrunner or GTX. Someone please jump in and correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the tail light itself (the big piece inside the trunk) is the same.

The tail light housings for a roadrunner are different than those from a satellite. You will need both the exterior "louver" and the inside housing.

I asked the same question a fews ago as i'm doing the same. I was told you need the whole thing, inside and out. I didn't have any luck on here finding a set but i put a shout on facebook and got some.

Thank you. Hard to believe the whole thing isn't reproduced if that is the case. Oh well , I'll keep my eyes open for a set.
