I like his reasoning, and his haircut! They keep building sound barrier walls along all the interstates going through Jacksonville, and soon you will be able to drive the 30 miles through Jacksonville end to end and never see a thing. Damn, that has to be expensive. It is no wonder we can't afford to keep up our bridges and roadway infrastructure because we are spending half the money on sound barrier walls. I keep asking my wife when they are done will we be walled in or walled out? That seems important to know somehow. I understand Canada is planting shrubs on the border, maybe the first step to keep Americans from migrating north.
