Why baby why

someone needs to play Dukes of Hazzard with that thing and drive it off a bridge

I was told they put chevs in them because they are everywhere and "cheap as chips" , unlike mopar motors which cost a fortune

No doubt that's the deal too,
all about the bottom line & what the producers want to spend
they don't care about authenticity....

Hood doesn't fit nicely. I wouldn't turn a 68 to counterfiet 70....maybe the other way around cuz i think 68 is a better looking car. The Jag-u-ar XJR motor would be my transplant choice. 400 lbs, 390 hp. But i'd do a base 68 4 door Coronet. The Jag weighs just under 4000 lbs. A 68 Coro 4 door w/ 273/318,, shipping weight is 3225 lbs. The iron small block is about 550 lbs. So drop a 150 lbs & gain 140 hp. Would suit me fine.

Lol, blower isn't even bolted to the engine just there for looks. I'd imagine this isn't a great car at all by some of the pics, looks cheaply thrown together.

The blower is actually just ran by a elc waterpump I've been up close and personal with 2 of the cars they are crap I wouldn't bother with it . As a charger it's only in shape basically is a ton of bondo .
I believe this car was the rear ended car they put 1/4s on it and the back panel it's got alot of seem sealer in this beast on better news the car was distend for the crusher so you can calm down a little no harm no fail

This calls for an intervention!!! Somebody needs to rescue that car and make things right!!!
