Is lock same as glove box

I don't think so. The lock on the glove box has a flat button. The one on the console has a rounded top.

Diff, but can share same key ( if locking option ), same as deck lid one

I suspect they'll work with any key you stick in there.

Lock mechanisms are not interchangeable between glove box and console, but they do share the same key, so round key is used on trunk, console, and glove box. Chrysler key is used on doors and ignition.

Theoretically yes, and when the car was new yes, but a lot of our cars these days have trunk lids, glove doors, and consoles that didn't come with the car. I had to replace the lock on my trunk, but that new key still opens the glove compartment.
