I have a 69 Roadrunner with air. I am installing an air grabber on the car. Have everything done except the cable to the inside of the car. I have found pictures of where the cable should go on a non a/c car but no pics of an a/c car. can anyone help me?

You won't find any pictures unless someone has installed the air grabber on an ac car as an aftermarket installation like yours. Ma mopar didn't offer this combination from the factory because the compressor would interfere.

Your best option is to mimic the cable location of the non ag firewall.

I did air grabber on my factory ac car that got changed to a classic air set up. i put it in almost the spot as the factory which your almost forced to due to cable length but raised it up about 3/8" to clear the heater box if i remember correct theres a small dimple in the firewall where the factory hole would be.
after looking at the pics I must of moved it to the left & not up

here's some pics of the parts car that I swiped some parts & measurements from but if you look closely they should give you some good reference points but I strongly suggest drilling a pilot hole first since you don't have any room for error than I just used a step drill bit to finish drill the hole which gave me the perfect diameter for the grommet.
the other pics are of my car completed sorry I don't have any better photos but if you zoom in & follow the cable you can see where it goes in the firewall.

Chooch...would you mind posting a picture of yours? the spot where the factory put it on a non a/c car is where the vacuum line that runs the heater controls runs through. where in relation to that vacuum line did you run your cable?

thank you for the pics. looks like where you ran the cable through is where I have a rubber plug. I am guessing it is a plug that holds the firewall insulation on. lol...i am not even sure how to even get my hand up there to pull the plug out or even see what the plug is. please confirm that what i am seeing is correct. i am zooming on on your picture and it is a bit fuzzy but looks like where you are going through the firewall is an outward indentation but it doesnt look big enough for the plug.

I had to drill my own hole.
right underneath the voltage reg is the vacuum line hole & i put the air grabber hole to the left of that almost where the factory one would be. You might want to take out your wiper motor so you can get a better idea were your drilling plus it will make fishing the cable down a lot easier.
Make sure when your done the wiper arms dont interfere with the cable.
Ill get my buddy that i sold the car to get a better pic of it coming out of the fire wall in a couple days.
