My son learning the pushbutton transmission. Just a short clip, 1st time in the 63 Plymouth.
Showing him the lever for park and the reverse pattern 1,2,3.
Pretty cool day, he took it all in.

That's alot of power to be teaching a Jr on . But looks like he Handled it well

2nd lesson went very good yesterday. Little by little, he'll be pushing buttons like a champ. Going to put the go pro inside the car next time

This one made him a lot nervous. I can understand why.

Man That's great.
Is he going to be going to the track with you?

After all you're getting a stacker so you'll be able to put two cars in it.

I'm looking now for a Renegade Stacker. Selling my 34 footer. It's time. New truck is ordered too. Why prolong the inevitable.

That's awesome! Keep him interested. It's a great hobby... it kept me out of a lot of trouble when I was young.

He got home from school and insisted he go to the DMV for his drivers permit. The apple doesn't fall far rom the tree. I took a bus to go to the DMV on my birthday back in 1975 to get my permit.

I went for my test in 1972.. I took my 52 Merc 2 door and had to pump the brakes when stopping... Failed that one.. Thinking back, the driver examiner had to be a damn fool to even get in that car.. But, I had my motorcycle licence 2 weeks after my driver's.
