Looking to buy a dual point distributor for a 69 hemi charger Chrysler or prestolite. Thanks
I would go that route but with just 10,000 miles on this car that's gone through a complete rotisserie restoration I'm trying my hardest to get it correct. Unfortunately the original distributor disappeared quite a few years ago. What was in a box that I thought was the correct one ended up being for a 70 440 6 pack I believe. Thanks for the reply. RonAll I have are small block presto lights do have this accel tough wich should be 60's era.
I can build it up with all accel parts and run it on the dist machine and blueprint it.

The complete distributor would be great. I have a Chrysler 3438251 IBS-4019B 250 that I thought was for this but nope. Any need for it? Roni can give you whatever you need.View attachment 432919
What do you mean mech advance specs? RonI probably have a 69 RB distributor I can build up if you want and run on my tester. You have the mech advance specs so I can pull one the same?
It's a factory 426 dual carb automatic. Nothing is oversized at all. ThanksYes mechanical and also vac to the way your motor is set up, I do have the factory ones if that is it need to know carb and if it is AT or MT.
I've been told (not verified ) that I need a 2875140 or 2875141 with the IBS-4014A. I'm thinking the IBS-4014 number is what I'm looking for? But I'm definitely not at all up on distributors at all...I have this one that I was never sure about what year it was correct for.
My interchange manual shows part number 2875987 to be for 1970 426 4sp. and 2875989 for 1970 auto. --As you can see this is a cast iron Chrysler 2875981.
I'm not up to speed about what the other numbers on the tag tell.---IBS-4014C 7 9--
I have a 69 coronet hemi 4sp that is a 50k car that has not been "restored" (just refurbished and painted). It is running on an electronic dist. for now and this one was intended to be a spare. It sounds like your place for this dist. may be better than mine.

I can't find the chart I was looking at so not positive if the one I have is for a 70 or 71. The numbers are Chrysler 3438251/1BS-4019B 250. On the vacuum advance the number is 3438277. Does the distributer you have have numbers on it?I have a mint one for a 70 hemi auto, it came originally on my six pack car.
I need one for a 70 six bbl manual.
