Son n law drug in a 70 Charger today, and as we were looking at the car he mentioned it had the washer welded to the K frame at the Front, Im an old 340 Guy and have seen the washers on 340 cars. Whats the significants to the coin welded there on the front of the frame. this car is a 383 2bbl car, and base model at that.

Pictures please never noticed a coin/ washer

Does the coin say '90'?

The number refers to the last two digits of the K-Frame part number.

Heres a 340 K frame pic

The washer on this 70 Charger K frame is a solid coin

I didn't get down a look at it, but I had heard in the past it meant HP, but that's just discussion talk, many years ago.

This was discussed several months ago do some research. If it really matters there was an answer.

I believe it's a repair as that is where the pivot shaft goes through the k frame.
