help! My frame rails have scoliosis

I Now I'm debating leaving spot welds on the frame rail and PS floor unwelded and patching the floor after everything else is connected and in place

yes.......weld the rail to the t-bar member, leave the floor unwelded

back from an extended vacation. The front clip is semi mocked up but I'm running into a few small issues. I took a video and uploaded it to youtube. Ill attach the link below. let me know if its not working for you

to add onto the video.. passenger side has a gap from the front rail to the crossmember, and the drivers side has a gap to make the a pillar line up while the front rail butts up the the cross member well. seems like it needs to be twisted slightly and it would fit nicely
Any input greatly appreciated

Nice work you have going there.

What are you measuring with? Maybe get or make an Autobody repair “Tram Gauge” and do some point to point measurements front to rear, and in an
“X”

A tram gauge is a bar with adjustable and lockable points with a scale in inches and mm that’s used to make comparable measurements in order to check for symmetry.

A tram gauge would have certainly been more effective. Before marrying the two pieces, the donor clip was just measured square. Then before anything was cut on the car/ braces welded, it was leveled and measured with plumb bobs along the rockers across the length of the car as well as measuring in an "x" at different points in various sections of the car.
After placing and removing the donor clip a handful of times, i'm sure the jacks have shifted so today first thing i'll be making sure its level across the rockers once again
