Hi, all,this 71 Sat has the factory am/fm witch is a bonus to me.What I would like to know is,is it wired for rear speakers,from MA Mopar.As normal it has the dash speaker.Thanks.

Is it a stereo on the FM side? Rear speakers will help.
 
whoops, sorry to throw us both off the track. For some reason it looked like the underdash switch. Pretty cool option up there.
 
Also, how does that work. I have the same radio, and it only has one speaker output (green and black wire in grey connector) Does it T off or something ?

I think when FM started out there were very few stereo stations, they required more broadcasting power. In 60's most radios were FM only, don't think the circuitry was inside to separate left&right. This may turn out to be not much of an answer!
 
Rear speakers always help though.
 
Well, for what it's worth, my car came to me with just the single rear speaker. It worked, and it's what i used until just this past weekend i replaced the factory dash speaker and simply tee'd into the wiring feeding the rear. Works fine, sounds fine. I'd like to have the separate vol. control just for the oddity of it, but then,...... i've poured enough money in to this thing.
