correct positioning for laynards A12 car

Can someone please post a pic of what they KNOW to be correct positioning for the laynards on a A12 car, just got my hood finished and I want to get the laynards in the correct rivot spot and also if the go across 9-3 o'clock or vertical 6-12 o'clock, thanks guys

These are pics of the original hood on my A12. As you can see the orientation here is 3 o'clock for the right side and 9 o'clock for the left...

Grandy I love how bad the original hoods fit....it's awesome in my book! You can see the gaps and it just shows ya how these cars were when new! Love original stuff!

Oh definitely! The right fender has been knocked around a bit so the fit on that side is even worse than usual but to what you stated, the fit was pretty crappy right from the jump and that's the way it will stay! I love original stuff too man...

I absolutely love it! Just waiting for the engine to come back from the machine shop so I can pound it. I'll restore it when my T/A is finished...
