I buy brand new 223 1000 rds pmc brand for $320 shipped to my door the best deal I can find and the ammo is great I've burned threw at least 10000 + rds and have never once had a bad rd!so ether my guns a bad *** or pmc has there crap together! I won't run any other ammo I pay the extra to get pmc for my pistols blazer is good too! I can't remember what I pay per 1000 for the .45 and 9mm those are the 3 biggest bulk buys .223 .45 and .9mm I buy these 1000-2000 at a time to get better prices . The other caliber s I'll buy smaller bulk amounts just to have but your main line weapon is just that I'm not going to grab my .40 over my .45 nor a .32 or .380 over my 9mm I try to still keep 500-1000 for each weapon I have but the big shooters get way way more . We have fun shooting hell it's like a party at the range when I show up . But in all seriousness I do a lot of safety classes and gun training for lady's and younger kids! Hell I think I'm going shooting tomorrow now that I'm thinking about it since I'm still not able to turn wrenches I can pull triggers. I got an smith & Weston ar 15-22 sitting on my work bench I have a pile of parts to install and feeding issues so I'll play bwith that little guy tomorrow

Serious ? How Many mags for say your ar15 do you think is enough? I hate when I'm out of ammunition so I probably have way more mags then I would actually ever need but what do you guys think how many do you keep around loaded also how many rounds?

I keep one of my pistols on ready alert all the time, but I rotate them out because it's not a good idea to keep magazines loaded for long periods of time. It weakens the springs, especially if you have them maxed out. 30 days is about the longest I keep a mag loaded for any gun.
