Oh I see the picture now that's a cool little puddle jumper. The wings are designed to come off for ground transportation it's actually like a 30 min job each side I'm sure if you told the seller wings need to be removed they will do it for you ! I'd grab it up it's cool how much is it?

I was wondering if a trike set up would work on this? It uses tricycle landing gear, so why not tricycle driving gear? I was thinking put a super-wide front wheel/tire on the front, and that should be more than stable with a five-foot cross section.

As I remember, there's a big hump in the floor where the wing root is that you about have to climb over to get to the forward seats. Might make a good area for the engine if I could work out the cooling issues.

Seems like a waste of an airplane. It's got a lot of WWII look to it. Paint it OD, nose-art, etc......and put it in the yard.

That's all I've got on this one but do agree with Blade on keeping the vertical fin, it would look funny without it.

Back in the 80s, I was in Clearwater, FL and found an F-4B Phantom that was completely overgrown by weeds behind a little air museum down there. They had gotten the plane a decade or so before to use as a static display, and never got around to doing anything with it. I really wanted to get that and convert it into a car, but I helped them drag it out, we repainted it as a VF-84 bird off the USS Independence, and put it on display.
