This is true. Also there is so many women working in what use to be a mans environment. Competing against men for their job as well as advancements/promotions. The playing field has changed. Everyone has to change with it.

I have a friend who had a nice job with a large well known company and a women worked in his department. They became acquainted; they dated a couple of times but then they split up. She later reported to HR sexual harassment against the guy. He was fired and she got his job. There's always two sides to a story but knowing him for decades I believe his story. Absolute ruin career-wise finding another job explaining to prospective employers the reason for being canned. Toxic to hire anyone having harassment history. Mine as well be a convicted felon. He had cut it off and she wasn't happy about it. As I think back with some escapades with women at work today sounds like risky business to date anyone at the workplace.
