Just curious to see if anyone by chance may have my Dad's old 66 Charger. It was a factory yellow 383 car with white bucket seat interior, with power windows and the NASCAR style rear spoiler option. During the time he owned it in the late 60's into the early 70's it already had a custom black thin lined spider web paint job onto the factory yellow paint. Kind of how they do the custom lace paint jobs etc. That is about all of the details I have of the car. No VIN or anything. He has one picture of it at home somewhere I remember seeing as a kid.

here are the pics of it. I also have pics of the Vin plate if you know the numbers of your dads. We can see if this one is it. Kinda hard to see in the overgrowth of weeds. its for sale also if anyone has interest. Have a few others also. 66-67 chargers.

Yep, looked like yours. I do not have any VIN #'s. Just old 60's pictures that I have seen of the car. The distinct difference about it was the custom thin lined spider web paint job over the factory paint over the entire car and the NASCAR spoiler.

Not sure what you mean by "thin lined spider web paint job" I will check for holes for factory nascar spoiler. I can get better pics now that its winter and green foliage is gone. Will post new pics when I get them.

I know hard to explain. Kind of like this but not nearly as thick, his was real faint over in black over the factory yellow paint. He said you had to really look close to even notice it was done at all. Some call it spider webbing, cob webbing or even marble finish.

Yes, the car is a 66 year as indicated on the vin plate on door. I just have to visit the car and check for spoiler holes.
I took a look for the spoiler holes the other day and they are not there. I took some more pics of where it would be also but nothing. Guess its not the car.
