Motorola Re Verb install

Bought the unit new in the sixties and removed back then drafted and in storage since.
Have a 64 B Body and thinking about installing or selling reverb.
Car is a radio delete but have everything for installation.
Anyone have experience with these older units good or bad or just forget it.
As you can tell I am older with some limitations.

I have my original Radio and Reverb from my very first car in high school, which was a 1964 Polara 500. When I sold the 500 I pulled the radio, reverb and all of the wiring for it.

Since high school (in the 70's) I have had 4 other Polara 500's. I have installed my radio and reverb system in each one.

I am getting ready to install it into my current Polara 500, number 5.

I love the sound of the reverb, and boy does it remind me of the days/nights cruising First street in San Jose, CA.

There are a lot of good memories going through my head listening to it. It sure relieves a lot of the now a days stress.

I say install it and enjoy.....

I had one in my first '69 Road Runner and liked it. I'd say go for it. You can vary the reverberation from min to max or turn it off completely, but I think you'll like it.

This does bring back memories of my 1st car I drove and took my driver's test in '63 Pontiac GP with tri-power. My older brother installed the reverb when he drove it then I got it. Sure sounded cool as a 16 year old probably why I have some hearing loss today. Remember the vacuum advance tri-power had an irritating hesitation you had to be careful of. When I was taking my driver's test the tester guy got seriously laidback in the seat when I had the throttle part way down and the GP took off fast. Then and there I thought I would fail the test; but luckily I passed! Later we set it up to mechanical.

Have the original for the 68 Charger RT. Is there a way to test it or is it a hook up and hope nothing melts down?

Luv all the above posts, but don’t blame us if u can’t get back out from under dash or trunk, lol. ‘Old’ is hell, I know also.

But the trunk on the 68 is almost large enough to live in with the spare removed.

Do you have the correct radio (model 354) to go with the reverb?
The 354 has the correct plug connector hanging out of it to plug into the reverb unit.
