Obviously. But that's not the question. You can get RJ-12YC , or any other plug cross-referenced. But, you can still get the originals.

New J11Y plugs are not the same heat range as the originals. That changed about 30 years ago.

There's no such thing as new J11Y. These plugs are sold all over.I have plenty myself. You can get P34P if you want. I just answered his question.
 
I am currently running Champion RJ12YC. That said, after seeing the NGK's that come out of the wife's Jeep (5.7 Hemi),I will likely use them the next go around. The factory copper core Hemi plugs are supposed to be changed around the 30k mark. I pulled NGK's (thought they all came OE with Champion?) out at 30K, no discernable wear but changed them anyway. Pushed them to 60K the next time and they had very little wear as well. These were a copper nickel alloy and not platinums.
 
Wouldn't something in the same heat range in Iridium or platinum tipped be the ideal way to go? You'd probably never have to change them again, which would be an added benefit considering what a PITA they are to change on the 383 (especially with PS).
 
j11y's have been obsolete for decades but they were designed for the mopar iron head and in my opinion the best fit. auto parts stores can't get them, no longer made. unless you have a stash of j11y/p34 set back autolite 85's are a good substitute.
